Diet Apple Cake

1 cup and 2 tbsp whole wheat or white flour
6 packets of sweetener
2 tsp cinnamon
1 dash salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup diet margarine
3 eggs
3 small peeled and shredded apples
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine flour, sweetener, cinnamon, baking powder and salt in a large bowl and mix well.
2. Add beaten eggs, vanilla and melted margarine, mixing it all together.
3. Mix in the apple shreds.
4. Place batter in an 8″ nonstick (or sprayed) baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
5. Cool, cut and serve.
