* 1 tbsp hot red chili flakes
* 1 tbsp ground coriander
* ¼ tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp ground aniseed
* ¼ tsp ground ginger
* ¼ tsp ground turmeric
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix everything together and store in a jar with a tight cover. Use in meat curries.
