Pear Cranberry Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

* 1/3 cup fresh cranberries
* 3 tbsp water
* 2 pears, peeled and coarsely chopped
* 1 tbsp sugar
* 1/4 tsp grated orange rind

DIRECTIONS:

1. Combine firs 3 ingredients in a small saucepan. Cover and cook over low heat 25 minutes or until cranberries pop, stirring occasionally.

2. Remove from heat; Stir in sugar and rind. Cool to room temperature.
